To find this location, you must find the woman in the Hiyoshi Springs village overlooking the main Hot Spring in the center of the town. There are 18 Hot Springs to be found throughout the game’s three regions. Instead, you must visit Hot Springs to clear your mind and raise your maximum vitality. In Ghost of Tsushima, you won’t rely on leveling up your character to boost your health.
